Main Responsibilities :-
- Coordinate with Operations Team for daily attendance updating, work schedule reports and documents submission
- Source for potential products and follow up with purchase order process
- Preparation of Quotation, Work Order, Variation Order
- Provide administrative support to Operations Team
- Maintain up-to-date records and filing
- Perform any other Admin duties assigned
Requirements:-
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level / Higher NITEC In Business Study
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Outgoing with positive attitude
- Team Player
- Meticulous in documentation
- Preferably staying in the eastern area
- Candidates who are more experienced may be considered for more senior role
