About this opportunity:
Provide support for authorization requirements, workflow and enhancements during Operation and Support of e-HR. Singapore Citizens ONLY.
Responsibilities
a. Provide consultancy to users on impact of changes to authorization requirements, access controls, workflow and routing needs.
b. Co-ordinate with Authority, vendors and users to troubleshoot authorization and workflow issues, and support authorization and workflow requirements gathering during development and maintenance.
c. Evaluate the proposed solutioning for implementation, to ensure SOD, need-to-know basis and principle of least privilege.
d. Ensure proper project documentation and conduct UAT to ensure authorizations and workflows developed are accurate.
e. Update project documentation like user requirements specification, functional design specifications such as HR Reference Model, Technical Design documentation such as Authorization Matrices and Authorization Databases for authorization developments and changes.
f. Provide technical profiling of authorizations including technical details from the system.
g. Update the structural authorization profiles due to organisation changes and implement changes to the related authorizations.
h. Handle all operational day-to-day support activities for authorization, including ticket resolution and issue escalation.
i. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems related to access rights, role and authorization (SAP, Windows, Weblogic and Database) reported.
j. This includes tracking system defects reported by users, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
k. Co-ordinate with Authority, vendors and users to ensure tested authorizations are properly transported to the various test environments for testing and the correct tested authorizations are transported to the production systems.
l. Perform authorization housekeeping for all systems in the e-HR non-production environment.
m. Monitor authorization related batch jobs, such as automated account and roles provisioning and deprovisioning.
n. Follow up on any errors detected and propose program changes where required to improve the automation process.
