Job Description:
Operations Planning: Develop and manage daily fleet deployment plans to ensure efficient and timely fulfilment
Logistics Management: Oversee GPS tracking and fleet management systems to enhance fleet performance and manage on daily order fulfilment
Administrative Tasks: Accurately maintain documentations, monitor fuel usage, and track driver parking and ERP claims
Vehicle Maintenance: Manage vehicle repairs and maintenance schedules, respond and coordinate with vehicle leasing company on all vehicle issues including emergency accidents, replacement and breakdown
Communication: Handling operation phone, liaise internally with colleagues and externally with clients to ensure effective problem-solving
Order Management: Accept adhoc transport jobs from adhoc Clients and upload to system
Warehouse Management Support: Learn warehouse management tasks under the supervision of the Operations Manager. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory handling, storage, and dispatch
Job Requirements:
Diploma in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation or warehouse related roles.
Proven leadership skills with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to evaluate and improve team performance through effective management collaboration.
A company phone will be provided for daily operational use.
Proficient with technology and digital devices.
Reporting to and assisting Operations Manager.
Strong in planning, coordination, and multitasking.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Initiative to follow up and resolve issues proactively.
Able to respond to messages promptly, especially during operational hours.
