Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily car park operations within a group of car parks
- Plan and ensure efficient manpower deployment
- Co-ordinate and liaison with clients on operational issues
- Provide customer service and attend to feedback
- Perform timely revenue audit checks and car park inspections so as to maintain high level of service standard at all times
- Liaise with customers’ claims for refunds on erroneous charges
- Preparation of circulars and information for clients
- Ability to motivate staff and to ensure that staff are properly trained
- Preparation and submission of reports as and when required
- Travel to site to resolve issue as and when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the service sector
- MS Office proficient
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Possess own vehicle
