- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and resolving queries promptly.
- Handle full-cycle import/export logistics, ensuring all deliveries meet deadlines and standards.
- Coordinate closely with global agents to facilitate international shipments and documentation.
- Liaise with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and carriers to ensure operational flow.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and verify documentation for compliance and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years' experience in freight or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with international shipping protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and data management platforms.
