The Operations In-Charge/Manager plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the seamless and efficient day-to-day operations of the clinics. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage people, processes, and resources to deliver high-quality patient care and support business goals.
Job Description:
1. Clinic Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of clinic to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Ensure the effective implementation of clinic policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.
- Plan and coordinate daily work assignments, including staff roaster or closing schedule based on operational needs.
- Handle front desk and administrative duties to support daily clinic functions.
2. Strategic & Performance Management
- Develop and monitor the achievement of clinic goals and performance indicators (financial, quality, and operational).
- Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to enhance service delivery and patient experience.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the key liaison with external stakeholders including regulatory bodies, vendors, and contractors.
- Partner with dental professionals and clinical teams to ensure quality and consistency in patient care services.
4. Patient Experience & Service Recovery
- Manage patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to uphold service standards.
- Lead service recovery efforts and implement preventive measures to improve patient satisfaction.
5. Facilities & Equipment Management
- Oversee the care, maintenance, and readiness of clinic facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance activities in collaboration with vendors and contractors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinic/hospital operations or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
- Proficient in Plato software.
