About the role
We are seeking for a detail-oriented, hands-on and responsible personnel to join our team. If you are looking for a stable role in production and packing, we would love to hear from you !
What you'll be doing
- Inspect and check products for quality, defects, or discrepancies.
- Verify product quantity, labeling, and specifications before packing.
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately according to requirements.
- Liaise with the Production and Admin team for Delivery Orders to ensure accurate packing of customer orders.
- Coordinate with local courier/logistics providers for timely collection and dispatch.
- Record incoming and outgoing stock inventory counts accurately using Excel.
- Ensure products are properly handled to avoid damage during packing, storage, or delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production/packing area.
- Report defective or non-conforming products to the supervisor.
- Support stock counting, inventory checks, and other production/logistics tasks as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Minimum Secondary / N-Level or equivalent.
- Prior experience in production, quality checking, packing, or logistics is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for inventory recording).
- Able to read and understand simple work instructions and delivery documents.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
- Good attention to detail, reliable, and responsible.
- Team player with a positive working attitude.
