Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the F&B industry. They are looking for a Operations Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Hands on operations experience
- Monitor team performance and competencies
- Extensive experience in preparing weekly sales analysis reports
- Prepare presentations and documents for sales reports as required.
- Liaising with Central Kitchen
- Kiosk outlet operations
- Formulate and implement strategies/plans to achieve results that align with business objectives.
- Spearhead the creation and execution of the strategies/plans to ensure profitability.
- Monitor team performance and competencies
- Identify key issues by analyzing the sales data and reports to improve outlet performances.
- Prepare presentations and documents for sales reports as required.
- Collaborate with team to review operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct outlet site visits as needed
- To finish all the task as assigned and complete all other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Relevant operations experience preferably from F&B industry
- Experience liaising with CK, Central Kitchen and preparing and presenting sales reports will be great advantages
