• Coordinate and monitor incoming air freight shipments; or execute export shipments
• Prepare and process import/export documentation (e.g., airway bills, invoices, customs forms)
• Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs officers to ensure timely cargo clearance and lodge in
• Update shipment status in internal systems and handle customer inquiries
• Resolve operational issues and support process improvement initiatives
