Job Description:
We are looking for a Part-Time Accounts & Admin Assistant to support basic accounting and office administration tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling financial records and general admin duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic Accounting Support:
- Handles full sets of accounts for multiple clients.
- Support month-end closing and maintaining balance sheet schedules
- Perform data entry of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in records
- Assist in preparation of all statutory tax filings (corporate, GST, withholding)
- Assist in preparing annual returns in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Opportunities to learn in digitalisation of accounting processes
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Office Administration:
- Handle general administrative duties, such as filing and document management.
- Assist with office coordination and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- On-site presence is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in accounting support is a plus.
- Experience with accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks, SAP) Must be able to commit to a two-year contract term.
