Job Description
- Deliver engaging and interactive Chinese Speech and Drama lessons.
- Monitor and meticulously document students' progress and performance, providing constructive feedback where necessary.
- Maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their children's progress and achievements in class.
- Play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational advancement of the school.
- Participate in a minimum of 2 mandatory training sessions per term to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Utilize Class Dojo Application to provide regular updates and insights to parents after each lesson.

Qualifications:
- At least hold a tertiary education qualification, certification in Mandarin education, Chinese Speech and Drama, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Possess a minimum of one year of relevant teaching experience, specifically with children aged 3 to 6 years old.
- Previous experience and training in Chinese language instruction, music and movement, as well as speech and drama, are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated passion for education, particularly with preschool-aged children, with a preference for candidates enthusiastic about arts and drama.
- Excellent command of Mandarin, with fluency in both spoken and written forms. Strong communication skills and effective classroom management abilities are essential.
