Ohana Therapy is a boutique therapy clinic located in the heart of Orchard Road offering allied health (therapy and counselling) services. We take on family-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-focused, evidence-based, and client-led approaches in our practice.
We are looking for an open-minded, proactive, and diligent individual with a passion for working with families (particularly children). Aside from service/administrative skills, he/she must be responsible, trustworthy, and willing to go the extra mile in terms of learning.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform front desks duties such as attending to clients’ registration, crowd control, answering of calls for appointments, collecting payments
- Provide administrative/logistical assistance to therapists
- Provide on-site client service and assistance
- Maintenance of clinic’s cleanliness and appearance
- Other other duties assigned
- Commitment to a 4-day work week (including both weekends - Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue)

Requirements:
- GCE N/O Levels, Diploma and above
- Comfortable working and interacting with children and the elderly
- Excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written)
- Those with fluency in Mandarin will be preferred
- Diligent and willing to learn, able to take initiative in work tasks
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good computer and IT skills
- Digital/ social media skills are a plus Passionate about providing others with a better quality of life
