- Hourly Rate: $10 /hour for 4 hours a day, 5 days (Monday to Friday).
- Incentives: Additional incentive for each successful candidate placement.
- Must possess a laptop or desktop for efficient work.
- Must hold a valid CEI (Certified Employment Interviewer) license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Review resumes to shortlist candidates.
- Collect and document essential candidate details such as expected salary, notice period, etc.
- Perform minimal edits to resumes to enhance presentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Outlining daily tasks completed and recruitment activities.
- Stay informed on industry hiring trends and practices.
Requirements:
- Experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
- Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Proven experience in sourcing talent within the construction engineering industry is preferred.
