Position Overview:
We are looking for a customer-oriented and energetic Part-Time Showroom Sales Associate to join our retail team. You will play a key role in delivering excellent in-store experiences by guiding customers through our range of ergonomic chairs and office furniture. Candidates with prior experience in furniture or ergonomic products are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of ergonomic chairs and related products
- Assist in sales transactions, order processing, and after-sales coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and display standards of the showroom
- Share customer feedback and insights with the team
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail or showroom sales; furniture or ergonomic product experience is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented
- Comfortable using digital tools or basic POS systems
- Able to commit to weekend based on showroom schedule
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
