Part-Time Salon Administrator Wanted at Royal Hair Studio
Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about the beauty industry? Royal Hair Studio is looking for a reliable Part-Time Salon Administrator to join our vibrant team!
Location: Kovan Road, Simon Plaza
Hours: Part-time (28 to 30 hours/week)
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage appointment bookings (in person, phone & online)
- Handle client check-ins/check-outs and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies
- Support stylists with administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or customer service role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, polished, and professional appearance
- Proficient with salon booking
- Dependable and punctual
- Passion for the beauty industry is a plus!
