Key Responsibilities
- Work with the GM to refine and execute overall omnichannel strategy
- Acquire and drive the development of key strategic partnerships with digital ecosystems and online communities
- Responsible for driving overall P&L results with specific partners
- Own and drive a portfolio of strategic initiatives, campaigns and go-to-market plans to drive growth or further enable the team to run at higher velocity
- Procurement of leads from partners to fulfil demand from channels
- Support contractual documentation between partners and Income for campaigns, lead generation etc.
- Developing lead strategies in conjunction with Income’s distribution channels
- Negotiations with distribution channels on lead pricing, mechanics and rebates
- Influence, update and present to senior stakeholder on a regular basis
- Support the preparation work for important internal and external meetings and events
- Track and report on the venture KPIs
- Support cross-functional teams to operationalize the product strategy
Requirements
- MBA or Bachelor’s degree in business-related areas with at least 10 years of working experience in partnership and user acquisition
- Proven experience in building strong business partnerships and able to establish credibility and support with channel partners
- Proven experience in developing campaigns and GTM strategies for user acquisition
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with regulations around PDPA, lead generation limitation, and sales process for financial institutions and financial advisors
- Agile mindset, able to adapt and deal with ambiguity
- Able to influence both internal and external stakeholders, especially senior executives, through persuasive verbal and written communications
- Highly competent in project management and managing diverse needs competing for limited resources
- Familiarity with design thinking is a plus
