Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and optimize the payment processes, systems and strategies between customers , merchants and financial institutions to ensure the smooth, safe and efficient operation of the payment system
- Optimize payment channels, improve payment processes , manage new payment requirements, manage and optimize payment processing costs
- Cooperate with channels, merchants and customers to promptly resolve payment, refund and other issues or disputes
- Analyze payment data (e.g. customer payment patterns and preferences) to identify trends and optimize payment processes
- Cooperate with industry research to optimize the user interface (UI) and enhance customer experience
Job requirements :
- Bachelor degree or above , major in finance/finance/economics is preferred, familiar with payment and financial regulations
- 3 years of payment industry background, good understanding of payment resources and industry, ability to adapt to cross-time zone support
- Ability to discover, judge and solve problems, and have process logic and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with other teams to effectively advance multiple projects
- Able to use both English and Chinese as working languages
