As a People Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Support the operational and administrative aspects of Learning & Development initiatives and programmes
- Implement learning plans and monitor the utilization of training and budget
- Support the learning management system
- Support the collaboration with internal/external stakeholders
- Generate learning & development reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource or other discipline
