• At least 2 years of experience in grooming dogs and cats
• Grooming dogs and cats, including bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, and clipping their fur
• Checking pets for any skin or coat issues and alerting the owners or vets if necessary
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area and equipment
• Providing excellent customer service by listening to and addressing clients' concerns and requests
• Proficiency in various grooming techniques, including breed-specific cuts
• Knowledge of pet health and behavior, particularly signs of distress or illness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being
• Certification from a recognized grooming program
