Portfolio Sales Enablement Specialist - Instrumentation
You'll Make an Impact By:
- Develop Sales Enablement Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive enablement plans to support sales teams focusing on Process Automation Instrumentation across Southeast Asia.
- Provide Technical Sales Coaching: Empower sales professionals by delivering specialized training, technical insights, and compelling sales narratives related to process automation and instrumentation.
- Create Sales Tools & Content: Develop essential sales materials, presentations, and resources that help sales teams effectively articulate value and win new business.
- Analyze Market & Customer Needs: Continuously monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities for the portfolio.
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and direct sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Track Performance & Optimize Programs: Monitor the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, gather feedback, and use data to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Your Defining Qualities:
- Relevant Educational Background: Possess a degree in Engineering (especially Automation, Electrical, or Chemical), Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Sales & Technical Experience: Have at least 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a strong technical pre-sales role within an automation or industrial instrumentation environment.
- Process Automation & Instrumentation Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Process Automation principles, instrumentation, and relevant industry applications.
- Strategic & Customer-Centric Mindset: Approach challenges with a strategic perspective, a strong customer focus, and the readiness to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and deliver impactful presentations.
- Proactive & Collaborative: A self-starter who actively drives initiatives, collaborates effectively with diverse teams, and is adept at translating technical information into sales-ready content.
