We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Principal to lead and manage the daily operations of our preschool. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to work well with both staff and parents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall management and daily operations of the centre
- Lead and support a team of educators and staff
- Ensure smooth curriculum planning and implementation
- Maintain centre compliance with ECDA guidelines and regulations
- Handle enrolment matters and liaise with parents when needed
- Monitor teaching quality and ensure a safe, nurturing environment
- Manage administrative duties, budgeting, and procurement
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- ECDA-recognised L2 certification or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin
- Team-oriented and able to lead with a hands-on approach
Working Hours:
- 8.5 hours per day (flexible schedule)
