Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and enhance process standards for assigned operations.
- Identify, recommend, and implement programs to improve product cost, quality, service, safety, and environmental impact.
- Initiate and complete technical activities to develop new and improved products, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of Products, Processes, and Customer Requirements (PPU).
- Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Contribute to the development of proprietary processes and technology as needed.
- Lead or participate in Continuous Improvement projects to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Experience in Project Management, Mechatronics, Robotics and knowledge on some of Data Automation software will be added advantages.
- Strong statistical background with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High degree of initiative and drive for success
- Knowledge on Failure Mode Effect and Analysis and Design of Experiments (FMEA & DOE)
