Job Responsibility:-
- Handle procurement processes including sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order tracking
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal users to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods
- Manage Blanket Orders and maintain related records with Accounts
- Support the preparation and issuance of lab reports, Delivery Orders (DO), and Certificates of Analysis (COA)
- Assist in invoicing tasks and monitor payment follow-ups (as backup)
- Maintain systematic filing and archiving of procurement and lab documents
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records to support audit readiness
Job Requirement:-
- Diploma qualification and above, with or without a related field of study
- No prior work experience required — training will be provided
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Procurement experience is an added advantage
- Must be self-driven, a good team player, and possess strong communication skills.
