Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customers
- Use your industry network to secure and grow accounts (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, catering, distributors, seafood suppliers, logistics hubs).
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate prices and contracts to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
- Actively visit customers, resolve issues on the spot, and ensure service quality.
Delivery Route & Operations
- Plan and manage daily sales delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
- Work closely with drivers, riding along routes when needed to ensure performance.
- Handle urgent orders, last-minute changes, and problem-solving directly on the ground.
- Monitor delivery schedules, vehicle loading, and customer drop-offs.
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with production and warehouse teams to align sales with supply.
- Track sales per route and report on performance.
- Suggest improvements to delivery planning and route profitability.
Requirements
- Strong customer connections in F&B, catering, wholesale, or cold chain .
- Proven sales experience, preferably in food/ice supply.
- Hands-on experience managing delivery routes and working with drivers.
- Practical knowledge of Singapore roads, delivery patterns, and peak demand.
- Target-driven, energetic, and willing to be on the ground daily.
- Strong problem-solving skills — able to react fast when delivery or customer issues arise.
