Position: Programme Associate
Location : Punggol
Work Objectives
As a Programme Associate , you will provide critical administrative and operational support across all pillars, ensuring the smooth implementation of programmes and services. You will directly contribute to the Community Engagement and Awareness & Advocacy Pillars by supporting stakeholder interaction and event coordination. In addition, you will assist with logistical and programmatic functions for the Service Excellence Pillar , facilitating efficient workflows, data management and programme delivery. By collaborating with team members, advisors and stakeholders, you will play a key role in advancing our mission to foster resilience, inclusivity and recovery in youth mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Logistical Support
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the hub’s facilities to ensure a safe, functional and welcoming environment.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for team activities, including client-related programmes and events.
- Maintain accurate data and documents in accordance with prevailing personal data protection and security guidelines.
- Manage data collation, report generation and timely submission of quarterly reports in compliance with programme requirements.
- Process claims and monitor programme expenses, ensuring alignment with allocated budgets and organisational requirements.
Team Support and Training Coordination
- Coordinate training schedules for team members in consultation with the Programme Lead and Senior Allied Health Professionals.
- Facilitate onboarding for new staff, ensuring administrative setup and orientation schedules are completed efficiently.
Community Engagement and Advocacy
- Assist in coordinating and organising outreach and engagement events with community partners and agencies.
- Engage with stakeholders during events and activities to foster collaboration and inclusivity.
- Support the execution of advocacy initiatives aligned with the Awareness & Advocacy Pillar , reducing stigma and promoting mental health awareness.
Operational Contributions
- Actively participate in team discussions to improve workflows and service delivery.
- Assist with any additional duties as assigned to support team and organisational goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Business Administration, Social Services or a related field is preferred.
Experience :
- Prior experience in administrative, coordination or programme support roles.
Skills :
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in data management, report generation, and operational workflows.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.
