Position: Project Admin cum Accounts Executive (Construction & Renovation)
Location: Bukit Batok | Full-Time
We’re a fast-growing construction & renovation company looking for an all-rounder Admin Executive who can keep our office running smoothly while supporting accounts, HR, and quotations.
Your Role Will Include:
Preparing quotations & invoices
Managing admin & documentation
Assisting with basic accounts & payment tracking
Supporting HR (attendance, leave, recruitment, KPI)
Liaising with clients & suppliers
You Are:
✔️ Experienced in Construction / Renovation industry
✔️ Organised & detail-oriented
✔️ A multitasker who can keep things moving
✔️ Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
✔️ A good communicator with a proactive and positive attitude
