Job Description:-
- Prepare and issue purchase requests and delivery orders.
- Accurately input data and information from source documents within required timeframes.
- Manage document control for engineering drawings to ensure proper versioning and accessibility.
- Schedule meetings and file minutes
- Tracking and record keeping of spares and equipment
- Provide all administrative support required by project team
- Coordinate project activities in line with instructions from the Project Manager.
- Assist with documentation and filing of project records to support audit requirements.
- Manage and update all project submission documents; coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned
Job Requirement:-
- Minimum qualification: GCE O-Level.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook is an added advantage.
- Must be able to use Zoom for virtual meetings and communications.
- Able to converse, read and write in basic English, Malay and Chinese, in order to communicate with local and foreign staff
- Positive working attitude, independent and self-motivated team player.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision; mature, responsible, and proactive in approach.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- 5-day work week
- Willing to work at Tuas Area.
