Job Description
- Communicate with manufacturers regarding product defect reports, and coordinate as well as monitor replacement shipments until final resolution.
- Manage project delivery and logistics coordination.
- Prepare and issue Work Memos.
- Participate in stock-taking exercises across all warehouses (scheduled every June and November, e.g. 9am–3pm).
- Manage and update sales staff enquiries on 3rd-party delivery costs, including date/time confirmations.
- Co-manage container unstuffing activities.
- Co-manage the receipt and release of goods.
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirement
- Strong communication skills to liaise with manufacturers on defect reports and replacements
- Experience in project management, delivery, and logistics coordination
- Dipolma in any field
