We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee and support electrical projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of electrical project processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, including scope, timeline, and budget development for electrical projects.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress, track project milestones, and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment for electrical installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality guidelines.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, preparing agendas and recording minutes.
- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- Manage communication between all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Assist in preparing project reports, invoices, and other required documentation.
