Job Description:
- Support the project manager and contract manager as needed
- Assist the documents preparation and submissions for projects, potential jobs and tenders.
- Coordinates with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Facilitates communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ensures collaboration among different teams and departments.
- Oversees construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project plans.
- Develops and implements project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Tracks project progress, identifies issues, and implements corrective actions.
- Prepares and submits reports to stakeholders, including project updates and progress reports.
- Maintains accurate records, including project documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil/electrical/mechanical engineering
- Must be able to use Auto CAD, Microsoft office and Outlook
- Good at computer analytical skill
- Willingness to support and contribute to team efforts.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with team members.
