Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely delivery of precast components.
- Liaise with clients, site supervisors, logistics, QA/QC, and production teams to align delivery schedules and resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular site updates and reports.
- Arrange and monitor workers to rectify defect on precast components at construction site.
- Attend coordination and site meetings, prepare documentation, and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify potential project delays and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure project documentation and site records are properly maintained.
- Support project closeout, including final handover and sign-offs.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in precast, concrete, or construction projects.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various project sites across Singapore.
- Good communication and coordination skills; able to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office; knowledge of project tools or AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
