Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of project activities from start to completion
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow
- Prepare and maintain project documentation , including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives
- Monitor and coordinate on-site work and resources , where required
- Support in tender, cost estimation, procurement , and budget tracking
- Ensure all work complies with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry regulations
- Attend project and sales meetings and provide administrative and coordination support
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel to project sites when necessary
- Bonus: Proficient in Autocad
