Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for high-volume document printing and mailing
- Support system integration with government platforms (e.g., TIMS, ELITES)
- Manage secure data transfer using SFTP protocols
- Monitor data encryption/decryption processes
- Ensure print quality, error control, and document archiving
- Coordinate with internal teams and the client to ensure service timelines are met Support UAT, audits, and submission of operational reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in printing/mailing/logistics or IT-related operations
- Familiarity with SFTP setup, file handling, and document automation
- Experience in government or large-scale projects preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data confidentiality

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,300.00 per month
