Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordination between clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors
- Plan and manage site activities, ensure works are executed in accordance to approved plans/drawings and contract specifications
- Overall project management, planning and control, costing, budgeting and cash flow planning
- Ability to lead workers, supervisors and subcontractors and resolve any site issues
- Ensure compliance of workplace safety, delivery of work according to project schedule, ensure quality of work
- Take initiative in decision-making and problem-solving within your areas of responsibility
- Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff
- Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Regularly review timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
- Reporting to clients and board members on project progress
- Recommending policy and procedure improvements
- Monitoring performance against agreed criteria
- Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled, and the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales
- Dealing with contract disputes and mitigating the impact of any issues
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field
- Proven working experience in curtain wall management
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Knowledge of building and construction

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
