Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow initiatives, encompassing project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee outsourced vendors, including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide technical direction to vendors, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices in architecture, development, and integration.
- Supervise and validate ServiceNow configurations, including custom workflows, automation, validation rules, and security settings.
- Manage and coordinate third-party integrations and API connections with the ServiceNow platform.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to promote continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and obstacles early, and implement proactive mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including system architecture, business processes, and user guides. Deliver user training on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Ensure all ServiceNow implementations adhere to security standards, governance frameworks, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing and implementing ServiceNow projects.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including key modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD, SPM, GRC etc)
- Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and inquisitive, with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement
