This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of renewal.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the managing of regular courses and the BECCE Degree programme, including handling all administrative matters.
- Coordinate courses with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage training logistics (e.g., booking hotels and training venues, sending information to participants).
- Responsible for all administrative matters related to ECCE Publications.
- Participate and assist in research projects.
- Participate and assist in outreach activities. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution with at least 2 years of administration and operations experience.
- Possess pleasant disposition and high integrity.
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and is a good team player.
- Proficient in IT. Relevant teaching experience in pre-schools will be an added advantage.
