Job Description
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders' delivery and shipment schedules
- Reconcile our Sales Orders versus purchase quantities
- Facilitate stock-take and be responsible to tidy up inventory stores
- Suppliers' contacts in China an added advantage
- Other ad-hoc projects when assigned
Job Requirement
- Degree in Business Administration / Finance Management.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in manufacturing or construction industry
- Resourceful, meticulous with strong vendor management skills
- Good accounting and cost accounting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment and teamwork.
- Self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of personal professionalism and integrity.
- High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical skills
