Job Description
- Manage day-to-day administrative duties.
- Work closely with the operations team to support daily needs.
- Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and pricing.
- Other general administration duties as & when required.
Job Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative or purchaser role.
- Required Skill(s): Negotiation skills, good Interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within the timeline.
- 5.5 days work week.
