Purchasing Executive (F&B Industry)

We are a dynamic and growing F&B company committed to delivering authentic and high-quality culinary experiences. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Executive to join our team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Store teams to coordinate purchasing needs and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Source and evaluate ingredients and materials according to R&D and product development needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best pricing, terms, and quality.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments from management or company directors.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in F&B procurement or supply chain is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Procurement system); knowledge of inventory or procurement software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently.
- Good command of English (Mandarin-speaking ability is a plus for liaising with Chinese-speaking suppliers).
- Must be based in Singapore or have legal work rights.
