- Purchasing:
Managing the entire purchasing cycle, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to placing orders and tracking deliveries.
- Inventory Management:
Maintaining optimal inventory levels, involving stock cycle count, and implementing inventory control procedures. And meeting inventory target set by superior.
- Team Leadership:
Leading and supervising a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
- Supplier Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Warehouse Operations:
Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the warehouse, including storage, handling, and issuing of goods.
- Data Analysis:
Analyzing inventory data and purchasing trends to identify areas for improvement, cost saving and cost optimization.
- Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to purchasing policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.
- Others:
Able multitasking.
