Job Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and project budgets
- Measure and take off quantities from drawings
- Request and compare quotations from suppliers/subcontractors
- Prepare progress claims and variation orders
- Monitor project costs and control expenses
- Support project team with contract and payment matters
- Prepare final account after project completion

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Some experience in construction projects preferred
- Good with numbers and attention to detail
- Able to read technical drawings
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Team player with good communication skills
