- Responsible for monthly progress claim submission to clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up for claim certifications and approvals.
- Handle the preparation and submission of tenders accurately and within deadlines.
- Conduct cost analysis and negotiate with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project budgets.
- Ensure budget monitoring and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, scope of works, and support procurement activities.
- Coordinate with project teams for measurement, variations, and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date project records and documentation for audit and reporting.
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field .
- 1–3 years of relevant experience , preferably in scaffolding, construction, or civil projects.
- Knowledge in scaffolding materials, methods, and pricing is an added advantage .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and QS-related softwares
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
