The Impact You’ll Make in this Role 

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Business Leader to oversee the sales and marketing functions within our Medical Surgical business and drive commercial execution across fast-growing emerging markets across Southeast Asia and India.

This role requires a strong background in the medical device or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled at tailoring strategies to local market needs, building strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, and driving rapid growth to ensure business success, while also navigating diverse regulatory frameworks to maintain competitiveness and effectively managing cross-functional teams. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Work location: Singapore, or any country of Vietnam and Malaysia.

 

Travel: May include up to 40% domestic/international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
