Job Description:
- In Charge of assisting in preparing and reviewing projects requirements, cost estimates, and procurement schedules
- Responsible for supporting contract administration tasks, including progress claims and payment certifications.
- Responsible for coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project progress.
- Responsible for ensuring work is carried out in compliance with company policies and relevant industry standards
- In Charge of maintaining accurate and organized documentation of contracts, quotations, and procurement records.
- In charge of supporting the sourcing and evaluation of quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Responsible in assisting in procurement of materials and subcontractor packages as per project requirements.
- Monitoring of project budgets and costs under guidance, and help identify cost variations
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Engineering or relevant
- Min 2 years of experience in Construction Industry
