REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
- At least Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Interior Design industry preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects.
- Source and evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue purchase orders.
- Track project costs and monitor variations, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
- Conduct site measurements, prepare progress claims, and manage final account settlements.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and designers to ensure project cost control and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with project team to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
