Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior design projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the financial implications of design proposals.
• Collaborate with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements.
• Manage procurement processes, including tendering and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor project budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and costs.
• Provide expert advice on cost-efficient materials and construction methods.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Interior Design
• 2 to 3 years’ of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the interior design industry
• Strong knowledge of cost planning and management
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and project management tools
