JOB DESCRIPTION
- manages and prepares the cost estimates for the construction projects. This ranges from initial calculations to the final accounts to help in bidding and determining the price of the service.
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), schedules of rates, and tender documents.

- Seeks to minimise costs while adhering to the required standards and policies.
- Keeps track of the progression of the contract with regards to any variations.
- Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
- Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work independently ,and able to do multi task work
REQUIREMENT
- Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
- Min 5 years’ experience
- Familar with Aluminium and glazing works will be preferred
