Responsibilities :
- Familiar with the evaluation of tenders, the preparation of tenders & quotations
- Responsible for taking off measurement & monthly progress claim
- Carry out Quantity take-off for tendering of projects
- Ability to source supplies and subcontractors for quotation for tendering
- Evaluation and certificate of subcontractors' progress payments
- Project administration and documentation include the preparation of the interim
- Carry out miscellaneous tasks required as part of the ISO Quality Management System
- Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact of the variation of the project specification
- Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned
- Award scope to Subcon, and verify their claims and VO
- Familiarization with R&R is a bonus
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.
- At least 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
