Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and confident Receptionist in the beauty industry. He/She will be the first point of contact for the clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customer warmly, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
  • Call Support: Handle incoming calls and client inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and support.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, phone).
  • Payment Handling: Process payments, manage cash registers, and handle retail product sales accurately.
  • Customer Care: Address client feedback, resolve concerns, and maintain excellent service standards.
  • Basic Marketing Duties: Assist with simple marketing initiatives, social media content, support event/roadshow coordination.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in call support, customer service, or client-facing roles (e.g., hospitality, retail, sales) is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; confident speaking with clients over the phone and in person.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Comfortable with basic computer and digital platforms (e.g. Google, Gmail, WhatsApp, Social Media, Canva).
  • Basic marketing skills or a keen interest in supporting events and roadshows.
