We are working with a start-up who is buildoing a s new-age franchising and licensing partner founded by ecommerce giant. They work with global consumer brands to help them scale across Asia.
Their aim is to blends tech, supply chain, and local expertise to launch and grow brands in categories like electronics, fashion, lifestyle, and general merchandise.
They’re looking for someone with solid experience in ecommerce marketplace, enablers, brands and preferably within the hardlines category, who can build and scale the business GMV across SEA.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth across e-commerce and retail channels
- Optimise product mix, pricing, content, and promotions
- Build strong relationships with platform managers and retail buyers
- Run localised marketing and demand generation campaigns
- Set up customer service and after-sales operations (NPS > 60, return rate < 5%)
- Ensure compliance across tax, import, and certification regulations
- Identify and onboard strategic partners
- Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights and reports to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience scaling online & offline channels across SEA
- Strong BD background with partners, distributors, and enablers
- Data-driven and commercially savvy, with P&L ownership
- Proven leadership in fast-paced, regional roles
- Deep understanding of SEA markets and consumer behaviour
- Comfortable working in dynamic, early-stage environments
